Description
The Leana is a single-light crystal wall light with a satin nickel backplate, curved arm and candle-style lamp holder dressed with cut crystal droplets and beaded crystal strands. An integrated rocker switch sits on the backplate itself, allowing the light to be controlled at the wall without needing a separate switch on the circuit. The fitting takes one E14 candle bulb up to 60W (sold separately).
Designed for bedside positions, hallways, and living room accent lighting, the Leana provides both decorative presence and practical task lighting where a switched wall light is preferable to a plug-in lamp. The 225mm projection from the wall suits positions where the light needs to reach beyond a headboard or picture rail, while the 380mm height gives the crystal droplets room to cascade without appearing cramped. The satin nickel finish sits midway between chrome and brushed steel, pairing comfortably with both warm and cool-toned interiors.
The crystal elements include a central glass column at the lamp holder, faceted teardrop pendalogues suspended on metal pins, and draped chains of smaller crystal beads that loop from the column down to the arm. When lit, the E14 bulb reflects and refracts through these facets, casting small points of light onto adjacent wall surfaces. The combined metal frame and crystal gives the fitting a weight of 700g, requiring a secure fixing into masonry or a wall stud rather than plasterboard alone.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Leana take?
The fitting takes one E14 (small Edison screw) candle bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose a 4-6W LED candle bulb in warm white (2700K-3000K) to match the traditional styling of the crystal and metalwork.
Is the integrated switch a pull cord or a rocker?
The switch is a rocker-style switch mounted on the backplate itself. This allows the light to be turned on and off at the wall without needing to reach a separate switch on the circuit, making it particularly useful for bedside positions.
Can it be dimmed?
Yes, but only if you fit a dimmable E14 bulb and the circuit is controlled by a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself does not have dimming capability — dimming depends on the bulb and the wall circuit.
What wall fixing is needed?
The fitting weighs 700g and projects 225mm from the wall. It requires a secure fixing into masonry, brick or a wall stud. Plasterboard-only fixing is not recommended unless backed by a noggin or mounting block.
