Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and open-plan kitchen-diners with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Kristina provides both ambient and decorative lighting. The telescopic drop adjusts between 430mm and 560mm during installation, allowing the chandelier to sit 700-900mm above a dining table or at a higher level for open ceiling spaces. The polished chrome finish reflects light back into the room and pairs cleanly with both contemporary and transitional interiors.

The opal glass shades soften the output from the G9 capsule bulbs, turning eight point sources into a continuous wash of light that reduces shadows on table surfaces and faces. The chandelier weighs 4.6kg when fully assembled, requiring a ceiling fixing rated for at least 6kg to account for dynamic load. The frame's symmetrical arm arrangement keeps the visual weight balanced, preventing the fitting from appearing heavy despite its 64cm span.

The chandelier is compatible with dimmable G9 bulbs and standard trailing-edge dimmers, giving control over light levels from full 320W output down to low background levels for evening use. Is the Kristina dimmable?

Yes, provided you use dimmable G9 bulbs. The chandelier itself has no dimming circuitry, so dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs fitted and the dimmer switch used. Most LED G9 bulbs work with standard trailing-edge dimmers.

What ceiling height is needed?

The adjustable drop of 430-560mm means the chandelier works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards. For dining table use, set the drop so the fitting sits 700-900mm above the table surface, which typically requires a ceiling height of at least 2.5m.

How is the polished chrome maintained?

Wipe the chrome frame with a dry, soft microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but dry immediately to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishes, which can scratch the chrome finish.
