Description
The Inina is a 64cm-wide crystal chandelier with nine E14 bulb fittings arranged within a French gold metal frame, supporting four tiers of faceted crystal prisms and cone-shaped crystal droplets that cascade from the top canopy down to a final tier extending approximately 1.87m below the ceiling rose. Each tier contains strands of hand-strung octagonal crystal beads interspersed with larger cone droplets, creating a waterfall effect when lit.
Designed for double-height entrance halls, above dining tables in rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or greater, and stairwells where the full drop can be appreciated from multiple floors, the Inina requires significant vertical clearance. The drop is adjustable between 1.87m and 3.3m during installation by shortening the chain, allowing it to be tailored to specific ceiling heights. At 17kg, the chandelier requires a ceiling fixing capable of supporting the combined weight of the frame, crystal and bulbs, typically a joist-mounted hook or reinforced ceiling rose.
The French gold finish on the metal frame sits between polished brass and antique brass in tone — warmer than chrome, less aged than patinated bronze. The finish pairs particularly well with traditional and classical interiors where cream, ivory, or warm neutral wall colours are used. Each of the nine E14 sockets accepts bulbs up to 40W (bulbs sold separately), giving flexibility to choose LED candle bulbs for energy efficiency or filament-effect bulbs for a warmer decorative glow. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
The crystal elements are precision-cut glass rather than acrylic, giving sharper light dispersion and more pronounced prismatic rainbow effects when daylight or lamp light passes through the faceted edges. The four-tier construction means the chandelier throws light both upwards onto the ceiling and downwards through the successive crystal layers, creating ambient illumination rather than focused task light.

Frequently Asked
What ceiling height is needed for the Inina?
The minimum drop from ceiling to the lowest crystal tier is 1.87m. In a room where you need at least 2m clearance below the chandelier (to walk beneath it), the ceiling height should be 3.87m or greater. The chandelier is designed for double-height spaces, entrance halls, and stairwells rather than standard 2.4m ceiling rooms.
Does it come with bulbs?
No. The Inina requires nine E14 bulbs (small Edison screw) up to 40W each, sold separately. Most users pair it with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K for ambient lighting, or filament-effect LED bulbs for a decorative vintage appearance.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer switch. The chandelier frame itself has no dimming electronics — dimmer compatibility depends entirely on the bulbs chosen.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Switch off the power and allow the bulbs to cool fully. Remove dust with a dry microfibre cloth or a soft brush. For more thorough cleaning, individual crystal strands can be unhooked and wiped with a barely-damp cloth and distilled water, then dried before re-hanging. Avoid household glass cleaners, which can leave residue on the metal frame.
