The Hilton is a 730mm wood table lamp built around a tripod base of taupe-tinted wood legs, joined by a polished nickel frame that rises to support a single E27 bulb fitting beneath a 400mm ivory pleated fabric shade. The wood legs taper from the nickel junction down to a circular nickel base plate, giving the structure a mid-century surveyor's-tripod geometry without the usual matt black industrial finish.

Designed for bedside tables, side tables next to armchairs, and console tables in hallways, the Hilton provides ambient light through the ivory shade rather than task lighting. The pleated fabric diffuses the bulb's output into a soft wash that suits reading lamps paired with a separate directional light, or as background illumination in living rooms and bedrooms. The 200mm base footprint fits typical bedside table widths of 400-500mm without dominating the surface.

The Hilton takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 20W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for ambient bedside or living room lighting.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, provided you use a dimmable E27 bulb and connect the lamp to a compatible dimmer switch. The lamp itself has no built-in dimmer control — dimming is controlled at the wall switch or plug dimmer.

What's the base diameter?

The circular nickel base plate measures 200mm diameter, fitting comfortably on bedside tables 400mm wide or larger. The wood legs extend outward from this base to form the tripod structure.

Can the shade be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The ivory pleated shade lifts off the bulb fitting for dusting or fabric cleaning. Use a soft brush attachment on low suction to remove dust from the pleats, or gently wipe with a dry microfibre cloth.
