Description

The Franklin is a grey metal desk lamp built around a curved polished chrome arm that arcs from a spun metal base to a domed metal shade. The shade houses a single E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) and the lamp stands 460mm tall with a 360mm reach from base to shade edge.

Designed for focused task lighting on desks, bedside tables and reading corners, the Franklin directs light downward through the open bottom of the shade. The curved arm positions the shade forward of the base, keeping the light source off to one side rather than directly above the work surface. This asymmetric positioning reduces glare on screens and polished desk surfaces while providing directed illumination for reading and writing tasks.

The spun metal construction gives both the base and shade a smooth, low-profile finish.
