The Francis wall light brings a swing arm shape to a satin nickel finish, topped with an off-white linen shade. The metalwork carries a soft brushed look that sits calmly against most wall colours, while the fabric shade adds a warm, homely note. The swing arm lets you angle the light where you need it, so you can direct a gentle pool of brightness towards a book, a chair or a bedside. It is part of our Francis range, designed to be quiet and useful rather than showy.

The linen shade is included in the price, though lamps are not supplied, so you will need to add one E27 lamp of your choosing, up to a maximum of 15W. The fitting measures 295mm in height and 245mm in width, and weighs 4.10kg. There is a switch at the base of the backplate, which is handy where you have no separate wall switch nearby. It is not dimmable, and it holds an IP20 rating as an interior fitting. It is Class 1, so it requires an earth connection. At full output a suitable lamp gives around 806 lumens at a warm 2700K.
