Finsbury Park 3 Light Medium Chandelier - Polished Nickel

The Finsbury Park is a 3 light chandelier with a vertically-ribbed clear glass globe encased in a polished nickel frame, suspended on a telescopic rod and chain from a matching polished nickel ceiling rose. Three E14 candle bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the globe, casting light through the ribbed glass which creates vertical bands of refraction across walls and ceilings.

Designed for entrance halls, dining rooms, and living areas with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 2.8m, the Finsbury Park works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The 275mm diameter globe provides enough visual weight to anchor a 1.8-2.4m dining table or a hallway up to 3m wide without overwhelming the space. The telescopic rod allows the drop to be adjusted between 520mm and 720mm during installation, so the chandelier can be positioned 700-900mm above a table surface or set higher in a hallway depending on ceiling height and function.

The polished nickel finish on the frame, canopy and chain gives a high-reflectance metallic surface that pairs with both traditional and mid-century interiors. The ribbed glass globe diffuses light without obscuring the bulbs entirely, so filament-style LED candle bulbs become part of the visual design when lit. The globe sits on a turned nickel base and is secured by a matching finial at the top, with the chain linking to scrolled arms that hook onto the ceiling rose.

What bulbs does it take?

The Finsbury Park takes three E14 small Edison screw candle bulbs, up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs at 4-6W and 2700K-3000K, or decorative filament-style LED candles where the bulb is visible through the ribbed glass.

Can the drop be adjusted after installation?

The telescopic rod is adjusted during fitting by setting the rod length between 520mm and 720mm before final wiring. Once installed and the ceiling rose fixed, the drop cannot be easily changed without removing the chandelier and re-setting the rod.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

At minimum drop of 520mm plus the 275mm globe height, the total drop from ceiling to base is approximately 795mm. In a room with a 2.4m ceiling, this leaves around 1.6m clearance underneath, which works for hallways and dining areas but may feel low in living rooms where people walk beneath it frequently.

How is the glass cleaned?

The ribbed glass globe can be cleaned with a soft cloth and glass cleaner once the bulbs are removed and the power is off. The vertical ribbing traps dust in the grooves, so a microfibre cloth worked along the ribs is more effective than wiping across them.
