Description

The Finsbury Park is a 3-arm chandelier built from solid cast brass with a polished nickel finish, featuring three curved arms that terminate in candle-style E14 fittings. Each arm supports a cut-glass sconce and terminates in a hand-cut crystal droplet suspended below the body. The central column uses a tiered polished nickel detail at the base, with a matching finial at the top where the chain meets the body.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the chandelier provides ambient light through three E14 bulbs (sold separately, max 60W each). The 1200mm chain allows height adjustment on installation between a 530mm minimum drop and 1080mm maximum drop, measured from ceiling rose to the base of the chandelier. The 550mm diameter and three-arm configuration suit rooms of 12-20m² where central ceiling fittings are required to provide both light and architectural interest.

The polished nickel finish on the solid brass frame reflects ambient light and pairs with both warm-toned traditional interiors and cooler contemporary schemes. The hand-cut glass droplets catch and refract light from the E14 candles, adding sparkle to the fixture when illuminated. What bulbs does the Finsbury Park take?

The chandelier takes three E14 small Edison screw bulbs (candle shape preferred) up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs at 4-6W and 2700K for a traditional warm glow.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

Yes. The 1200mm chain allows height adjustment during installation, giving a minimum drop of 530mm and maximum drop of 1080mm from ceiling rose to the base of the chandelier. Excess chain can be concealed in the ceiling rose.

What ceiling height is needed?

For a dining table, the chandelier typically hangs 750-900mm above the surface, requiring ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. For entrance halls or living rooms where the chandelier hangs freely, ceiling heights of 2.6m or above prevent the lowest glass droplet being within head height.

How is the polished nickel finish maintained?

Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid household sprays or polishes that can dull the finish or damage the hand-cut glass.
