Description

The Elena is a single-light wall fitting with a circular black chrome backplate, a curved crystal-wrapped arm and a cut acrylic drip cup positioned beneath the candle-style E14 bulb holder. A small integrated switch on the backplate allows the light to be turned on or off without needing to use a wall switch, giving control at the point of use. The black chrome finish provides a dark metallic contrast to the transparent crystal beading wrapped around the arm.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and living rooms where decorative wall lighting with local switching is needed, the Elena sits 210mm out from the wall and measures 160mm in height. The compact 130mm width suits narrower wall spaces such as either side of a bed headboard, flanking a mirror, or in alcoves. The integrated switch is particularly useful in bedrooms where the wall light serves as reading light or ambient lighting controlled independently from overhead fittings.

The crystal beading wrapped around the arm catches and reflects light from the exposed E14 bulb above, creating small points of sparkle across the wall and surrounding surfaces when lit. The acrylic drip cup mimics the aesthetic of traditional candle sconces while providing a practical surface to catch any dust or debris. The fitting takes a single E14 small Edison screw bulb up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a 4-6W LED candle bulb in warm white (2700K-3000K) to suit the decorative candle-style aesthetic.

Is the integrated switch dimmable?

The integrated switch is an on/off rocker switch on the backplate. It does not provide dimming control. To dim the Elena, you need to install a dimmable E14 bulb and control it via a compatible wall dimmer switch on the circuit feeding the fitting.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

The Elena carries no IP rating and is designed for dry interior locations only. It is not suitable for bathrooms or zones where moisture is present.

How is the crystal arm cleaned?

The crystal beading attracts dust over time. Clean gently with a dry microfibre cloth while the fitting is switched off and cool. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystal or allowing water to run down into the backplate.
