Description

A wide circle of gently curved tube, hung flat, with five E27 lampholders spaced evenly around the rim. The ring measures 64cm across and is finished in satin nickel with black detailing, so the metalwork reads as a light outline rather than a solid mass. The drop is adjustable across a generous span, so it can sit tight beneath a modest ceiling or hang well down into a tall room. It arrives as a frame, which leaves the shades entirely to you.

We reach for this over a long dining table, above a kitchen island, or in a wide hallway where one small pendant would look lost. Each holder takes up to 20W, which in LED terms is ample for a room of that size, and dimming is possible where you pair dimmable lamps with a compatible dimmer, neither of which comes with the frame. It suits anyone who wants to set the character of the light themselves: bare decorative globes for something graphic, small fabric or glass shades for a softer, warmer table.

The satin nickel keeps a quiet sheen against the black fittings, and it stays looking well with very little attention.
