Description
The Coniston is a 260mm-wide crystal wall light built around a French gold metal frame that supports a tiered arrangement of cut crystal droplets cascading downward in a waterfall formation. A single E14 bulb (sold separately) sits behind the top tier, casting light through the crystals and onto the warm gold frame beneath.
Designed for bedrooms, dressing rooms, hallways and living room alcoves where vertical wall space benefits from decorative accent lighting, the Coniston works as a pair flanking a mirror or headboard, or as standalone pieces along a corridor. The 160mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting clear of furniture placed against the same wall, while the 210mm height provides enough vertical presence to register from across a 4-5m room.
The French gold finish is a warm-toned brass with a slight antiqued patina, softer and more amber than polished brass or chrome. The clear crystal droplets are individually faceted to catch and refract light at multiple angles, creating scattered points of brilliance when the bulb is lit. The combined weight of 1.7kg requires secure wall fixings into masonry or timber studs rather than plasterboard alone.
Dimmable when paired with a dimmable E14 bulb and compatible dimmer switch, the Coniston allows light levels to be adjusted for different times of day. The crystal remains easy to clean with a dry microfibre cloth, though the layered construction means individual droplets need to be wiped one by one rather than as a single surface.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does it take?
The Coniston takes one E14 (small Edison screw) bulb up to 20W maximum. The bulb is not included. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED candle bulb between 4-6W and 2700K for ambient bedroom or hallway lighting.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, when fitted with a dimmable E14 bulb and connected to a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself supports dimming, but both the bulb and the wall dimmer must be compatible with each other for smooth operation.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Switch off and allow to cool. Wipe each crystal droplet individually with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystals or using household sprays that may leave residue on the faceted surfaces.
What wall fixings are needed?
At 1.7kg, the Coniston requires secure fixings into solid masonry or timber studs. Standard plasterboard fixings are not sufficient — use appropriate wall plugs for brick or concrete, or locate timber studs behind plasterboard and fix directly into those.
