The Christie is a single wall light finished in satin nickel, paired with an off-white cotton shade. Its form is simple and rounded, with the metalwork giving a soft sheen that sits quietly against the fabric above. There is a switch on the backplate, so you can operate the light directly at the fitting without reaching for a wall switch. It is a calm, practical piece that suits everyday rooms as well as quieter corners.

The fitting measures 285mm in height and 200mm in width, and weighs 0.65kg. It takes 1 x E27 lamp with a maximum of 15W, giving up to 806 lumens, and it is dimmable when used with a compatible lamp and dimmer. The cotton shade is included in the price, though lamps are not supplied, so you will need to add your own E27 lamp to complete the fitting. It carries an IP20 rating and is Class 1, making it suitable for interior use. For projects, this wall light is also available with the E27 lamp unswitched, which then works from a normal wall switch.
