Description

The Christie is a wall light finished in matt black, with a clean form that pairs a main light and a built-in reading light on one backplate. The off-white cotton shade softens the main light, while the LED directional reading light offers a focused beam you can angle where you need it. The shade is included in the price. Bulbs are not supplied, so you will need to add these separately.

The fitting measures 350mm high by 200mm wide and weighs 0.80kg. It takes two lamps in total, an E27 lamp plus the integrated LED, with a maximum of 15W per lamp and 18W across the fitting. The LED reading light runs at a warm 3000K colour temperature. There are two switches on the backplate, though only the LED reading light is independently switched. The E27 lamp works from a normal wall switch. This light is non-dimmable, rated IP20 and Class 1, suitable for interior use. For projects, it is also available with the E27 lamp unswitched.

This wall light suits a bedside setting, where the separate reading light gives you control without waking the rest of the room, and it works equally well in a hallway, landing or reading corner.
