Description

The Cellar Right is a 2 light wall light with a matt black metal frame holding two opal glass spheres on a right-facing asymmetric arm. The circular backplate sits flat to the wall with one globe positioned vertically above and one horizontally to the right, creating an asymmetric profile that projects 145mm from the wall. Each globe houses a G4 bi-pin socket for compact halogen or LED capsule bulbs (sold separately).

Designed for hallways, living rooms and bedroom accent lighting, the Cellar Right provides diffused ambient light through the opal glass while the asymmetric composition adds visual interest to plain walls. The right-facing design means the fixture leans visually to the right when viewed from the front, making it suitable for installation on the left side of doorways, alcoves or wall features where the composition balances the surrounding architecture. Pairs with the Cellar Left variant (mirror-image) for symmetrical installations on either side of a fireplace or entryway.

The matt black finish on the metal frame absorbs rather than reflects light, keeping attention on the two illuminated globes rather than the structure. The opal glass provides full diffusion without glare, softening the point-source output from the G4 capsules into even sphere-wide glow. The Cellar Right takes two G4 bi-pin capsule bulbs (sold separately). Most users pair this with 2W-3W LED G4 capsules in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient lighting or neutral white (4000K) for task-lit hallways. The G4 socket accepts bulbs up to approximately 20mm diameter.

Is it dimmable?

No. The fixture is not rated for dimmer compatibility. Use standard on/off wall switching only.

What does 'right-facing' mean?

The asymmetric arm places one globe vertically above the backplate and one horizontally to the right. When viewed from the front, the composition leans visually to the right. This makes it suitable for installation on the left side of a doorway, alcove or feature where the right-leaning design balances the surrounding space. The mirror-image Cellar Left variant is available for right-side installations.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?
