Description

Twisted flex dressed in a fabric braid, patterned with a wave stripe so blue and white chase each other along the run. Beneath the braid sit two cores at 0.75mm, twisted rather than laid flat, which gives the cable a springy, rope-like handling and lets it fall in a soft curve. It is ordered by the metre and supplied as a single continuous piece, so there is nothing to join partway down a drop.

We use flex like this where the cable is part of what you see: a pendant dropped over a kitchen island, a run of shades down a stairwell, a plug-in lamp whose lead crosses open shelving. The pattern reads as a fine ripple from a distance and sharpens into a clear stripe up close, which keeps it easy to live with in a room that is already busy.
