The Camden is a 2 light wall light built around a rectangular mosaic glass shade in chrome and grey tones, mounted on a polished chrome backplate with cascading crystal droplets hanging beneath the shade. Two G9 bulbs (sold separately) sit behind the mosaic glass, which diffuses light through a mix of reflective chrome-finish tiles, clear glass, and textured grey glass squares arranged in a grid pattern.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms where decorative wall lighting is needed without overwhelming the space, the Camden pairs ambient light with visual detail. The 200mm width and 290mm height suit walls with 2.4-2.7m ceiling heights, and the 125mm projection from the wall allows clearance for picture rails or coving without the shade sitting too far into the room. The crystal droplets catch light from the bulbs and reflect it as small points across adjacent walls.

The mosaic shade combines three glass types: reflective chrome-finish tiles that bounce light back, clear glass squares that let light pass through directly, and textured grey glass that softens brightness. This gives the shade tonal variation when lit and a defined geometric pattern when viewed unlit. The polished chrome frame and backplate provide a crisp metallic accent that works with both cool-toned and warm-toned interiors. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable G9 LED bulbs, allowing output to be adjusted for different times of day.

What bulbs does the Camden take?

The fitting takes two G9 capsule bulbs up to 33W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white G9 LED bulbs between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for ambient bedroom or living room lighting.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable G9 LED bulbs and connected to a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself supports dimming but requires dimmable bulbs to function correctly on a dimmer circuit.

How is the mosaic shade cleaned?

The glass mosaic can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth when the fitting is switched off and cool. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the grout lines between tiles and do not spray glass cleaner directly onto the shade.

Can the crystal droplets be removed?

The crystal strands are designed to hang beneath the shade as part of the decorative feature. They can be removed if preferred, but this will alter the intended appearance of the fitting.
