Description

Two shades sit on one slim column, both in polished nickel: a broad one above and a smaller head for closer reading. Light comes from integrated LED at a warm white 3000K, and a touch dimmer on the lamp itself takes it from full output down to a quiet evening level, so no wall control or in-line switch is involved. At 1.8m it reads tall and narrow, and the base keeps a modest footprint.

It suits an armchair corner or the end of a sofa, where the larger shade covers the seat and the smaller head brings light nearer to hand for a book. A USB socket on the lamp charges a phone or an e-reader from the same spot, which helps in rooms where every power point is already taken. We reach for this one in reading corners, snugs and home offices, and it works beside a bed as well, since the touch dimmer saves hunting for a switch in the dark.
