Description

The Bora is a 380mm oval LED ceiling or wall light with a matt black metal body housing an integrated 30W LED that produces 2400 lumens at 3000K warm white. The oval profile measures 380mm across its longest axis with a 55mm projection from the ceiling or wall when flush-mounted, giving it a presence without bulk. The LED is fixed within the housing and cannot be replaced, so the entire fitting runs as a single sealed unit.

Designed for dual-mounting on either ceilings or walls, the Bora suits hallways, bathrooms (check IP rating requirements for zones), bedrooms, and living spaces where ambient light is needed from a compact fitting. The 120-degree beam angle spreads light broadly rather than focusing it, making the fitting more suited to general illumination than task lighting. The matt black finish absorbs rather than reflects light, so the fitting itself remains visually recessive against darker walls or ceilings while providing contrast against lighter surfaces.

At 2.91kg the Bora requires secure fixing into solid masonry or ceiling joists rather than plasterboard alone. The 55mm projection keeps the fitting close to the mounting surface, which is useful in rooms with lower ceilings or narrow hallways where deeper fittings might intrude. The matt black powder-coated finish is consistent across the body and conceals the LED driver and wiring behind a single sealed panel.
