Description

The Bon is a 35cm-diameter single pendant light with a glossy green metal shade, a turned natural wood stem, and a sculpted copper loop detail at the top of the cable mount. The shade has a flat-topped drum profile with a softly rounded lower edge and a white-painted interior that reflects light evenly downward through the open base. A single E27 lamp holder sits inside the shade (bulb sold separately).

Suited to dining tables, kitchen islands, breakfast bars, hallways and home offices, the Bon works as either a focused over-table pendant or a feature light in a living space. The 150cm cable is adjustable on installation, allowing the pendant to be set at the standard 700-800mm above a dining table or higher for general room lighting. The downward-facing open base gives a defined pool of light below the shade rather than a diffuse glow, making it well matched to task and table-top settings.

The 51cm overall height includes the wood stem and copper hardware, with the shade itself measuring 35cm across, keeping the proportions usable in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m. The combination of glossy green lacquer, pale natural wood and copper accents pairs comfortably with mid-century, Scandinavian and modern eclectic interiors, and provides a colour anchor in neutral schemes built around white, grey or oak tones. Does the Bon come with a bulb?

No. The pendant takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. An E27 GLS filament bulb is recommended to suit the open-base shade, with most users choosing a warm-white 4-8W LED filament between 2700K and 3000K.

Can the cable be shortened?

Yes. The 150cm cable can be adjusted on installation to set the pendant at the height needed for the room, typically 700-800mm above a dining table or kitchen island, or higher for general ambient lighting.

What height ceiling does it suit?

With a fixture height of 51cm and an adjustable 150cm cable, the Bon works in rooms with ceilings from 2.4m upwards. In rooms with lower ceilings the cable can be shortened to keep adequate clearance below the shade.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The Bon does not carry a bathroom IP rating and is intended for dry indoor locations such as living rooms, dining areas, kitchens, hallways and offices.
