An integrated 3W LED at 3000K sits inside the alabaster cylinder, casting warm light outward through the stone so the body itself becomes the diffuser rather than relying on a separate shade.

At 125mm in diameter and 290mm tall, the Aurelio suits compact surfaces where a full-sized table lamp would dominate: bedside tables, hallway consoles, shelves, dressing tables and bathroom vanity tops outside splash zones. The vertical proportion keeps the footprint small while the ring handle adds height and a clear sculptural outline. Plug-in operation on 230V mains means it can be moved between rooms without rewiring.

Each alabaster body shows different mineral veining and tonal variation depending on the section of stone it was cut from, so no two Aurelio lamps look identical when lit. The satin nickel finish on the cap and ring handle has a soft brushed sheen rather than a high polish, which keeps reflections muted and pairs comfortably with cooler grey, white and stone-toned palettes as well as warmer wood interiors. The body is solid copper with the satin nickel applied as the outer finish, giving the metal components weight and rigidity.

Unlit, the Aurelio reads as a small sculptural object — a stone cylinder, a metal cap, a single metal loop. Lit, the alabaster section glows from within while the satin nickel cap stays dark, creating a clear horizontal break between illuminated stone and solid metal.

Does the alabaster vary between pieces?

Yes. Each cylinder is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, mineral patterning and translucency differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural material, and the variation only becomes fully visible when the lamp is lit.

What kind of light does it produce?

The 3W LED at 3000K produces a warm white glow rather than bright task light. Output passes through the alabaster cylinder, so the lamp works as ambient or accent lighting — suitable for bedside reading at low intensity, hallway atmosphere or layered lighting alongside a brighter ceiling fitting.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners on the alabaster section.
