Description

The Aurelio is a 290mm alabaster table lamp built around a cylindrical body of natural Spanish alabaster, capped by a brushed brass dome with an oval ring handle rising from the top. An integrated 3W LED inside the cylinder casts warm 3000K light through the stone, so the alabaster itself becomes the diffuser rather than a separate shade.

The compact 125mm diameter and sub-300mm height keep the lamp at a scale that suits bedside tables, console arrangements, shelf displays and small desk corners where a full-size table lamp would dominate. The low 3W output makes it a companion light rather than a primary task source, well suited to layered evening lighting in a bedroom, hallway or living room corner. Mains-powered on 230V, the lamp connects via a standard cable for fixed positioning.

Each alabaster cylinder is cut from a single block of natural Spanish stone, so the mineral veining and tonal pattern differ between individual pieces, particularly visible when the LED is lit. The brushed brass dome and ring handle pick up warm reflections without the high-shine glare of polished brass, pairing comfortably with warm wood, marble surfaces and softer neutral palettes. The ring handle is decorative rather than load-bearing in normal placement, though it gives the lamp a recognisable silhouette when unlit.

Yes. Each cylinder is cut from a single block of natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tonal variation and translucency differ between individual lamps. This is a feature of the natural material, and the differences are most visible when the LED is lit and the stone glows.

Is the Aurelio bright enough for reading?

The integrated LED is rated at 3W, which produces a warm ambient glow rather than directed task light. The Aurelio works as accent or companion lighting on a bedside table, console or shelf, but a higher-output reading lamp is recommended for sustained reading.

Is it dimmable?

The lamp uses an integrated 3W LED on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
