How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow bulbs to cool. Wipe each crystal strand and drop with a dry microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with distilled water, wipe gently, then dry immediately. Avoid sprays or polishes that leave residue.

What wall fixing is required?

The 1.28kg weight requires secure fixing into a solid wall or into a wooden noggin behind plasterboard. The backplate has two fixing points. Plugs and screws are typically included but must be appropriate for your wall type.
