Description
The Armand is a single-arm crystal wall light with a polished chrome circular backplate, curved chrome arm, and draped clear crystal strands cascading from the arm and sconce. The fitting holds one E14 candle bulb (sold separately) inside a faceted crystal sconce positioned 210mm from the wall, with the bulb visible through the crystal.
Designed for hallways, bedroom accent walls, and alcoves where a compact decorative light is needed without the bulk of a multi-arm chandelier, the Armand projects 210mm from the wall and stands 440mm tall with a width of 100mm. The crystal strands are strung on wire and drape in loops along the chrome arm and down from the sconce base, creating movement when air circulates. The backplate mounts to a standard UK wall box with two fixing points.
The polished chrome finish gives a mirror-like surface that reflects surrounding light, while the clear faceted crystal segments refract light when the bulb is lit, casting small prismatic patterns onto adjacent walls. The Armand carries 0.7kg of weight including the crystal strands and chrome frame, light enough for standard plasterboard fixing with appropriate wall plugs. The fitting pairs well with warm-white E14 LED candle bulbs between 4-6W for softer bedroom and hallway lighting, or clear filament candle bulbs for a traditional lamp-flame appearance.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Armand take?
The fitting takes a single E14 (small Edison screw) candle bulb up to 60W, sold separately. Most users pair this with a 4-6W warm-white LED candle bulb or a decorative clear filament candle bulb for visible lamp-flame styling.
Is the Armand dimmable?
Yes, when paired with a dimmable E14 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself supports dimming but the bulb must also be rated as dimmable.
Can the crystal strands be removed for cleaning?
The crystal strands are strung on wire loops that hook onto the chrome arm and sconce. They can be lifted off carefully for dusting or wiping, then re-hung. Wipe crystals with a dry microfibre cloth or a barely-damp cloth with distilled water if needed.
What wall fixing is needed?
The circular chrome backplate mounts to a standard UK wall box with two fixing screws. The 0.7kg weight is suitable for plasterboard walls when appropriate wall plugs or plasterboard fixings are used. Solid brick or block walls can use standard rawl plugs.
