Description

The Aperta flush mount kit is a metal surround designed to recess ESP Aperta keypad door stations into a wall cavity, creating a flush finish rather than surface-mounted installation. The kit measures 250mm x 140mm x 50mm and provides a frame that holds compatible Aperta door stations level with the wall surface once plaster or render is finished around it.

Designed for new-build installations or renovation projects where cables and back boxes can be recessed into the wall before finishing, the kit suits brick, block and stud walls with sufficient cavity depth. The flush mount approach prevents the door station projecting from the wall, reducing the risk of impact damage in narrow porches or where the panel sits close to a gate or door swing. The metal frame provides structural support and a fixing point for the door station faceplate.

Compatible with three ESP Aperta models: APDSMW (basic keypad panel), APDSSWKP (stainless steel keypad panel) and APDSPXMW (proximity card keypad panel). The kit does not include the door station itself — it is sold separately as a mounting accessory. Installation requires the frame to be fixed into the wall cavity before the door station is fitted and wired, so the kit is typically installed by an electrician or security installer during first-fix.

What wall depth is needed for flush mounting?
