Description

The LED Fire Rated Downlight is a recessed light with a die-cast body and an integrated LED source. It uses a Citizen LED running at a warm 2700K colour, with the LEDs set back within the fitting to reduce glare. The bezel is aluminium and interchangeable, available in a choice of five finishes that are ordered separately, so you can match the look to your ceiling and the rest of the room.

The downlight has a diameter of 80mm and holds a single LED at a maximum fitting wattage of 8.5W, giving an output of 405 lumens. Lamps are supplied with the fitting, so there is nothing further to buy for the light itself. It comes with a trailing edge dimmable driver, which lets you set the brightness to suit the space. The fitting is rated IP65 and is BS476 fire rated, and it is Class 1 electrical. It is suitable for interior use and weighs 1.00kg.

The IP65 rating means these downlights work well in bathrooms and kitchens as well as living spaces and hallways, and the fire rating supports safe installation between floors.
