Description

The LED Fire Rated Downlight is a recessed ceiling light with a die-cast body and an integrated LED light source. It uses a Citizen LED running at a warm 3000K, with the LEDs set back into the housing to reduce glare when you look up at the ceiling. The bezel is aluminium and interchangeable, with a choice of five finishes that are ordered separately, so you can match the look to your ceiling and the rest of the room.

The fitting has an 80mm diameter, making it a neat option for tighter runs and smaller spaces. It draws a maximum of 8.5W and gives around 410 lumens at 3000K. One LED light source is built in and supplied, so there is no separate bulb to buy. A trailing edge dimmable driver is included, which lets you lower the light level with a compatible dimmer. It is rated IP65 for protection against moisture and dust, and it carries a BS476 fire rating. This is a Class 1 fitting for interior use, weighing 1kg.
