Description

The Knightsbridge 1MSURCAP is a pack of two grey polycarbonate end caps designed to finish the open ends of 1MSUR and 2MSUR aluminium surface-mount LED profiles. Each end cap clips into the profile channel, sealing the end and giving a clean finish to the installation. The pack includes two fixing clips that secure the end caps in place.

Used in retail, office and residential LED strip installations where the aluminium profile runs need to terminate neatly at walls, corners or junctions. The end caps prevent dust ingress into the profile channel and hide the cut edge of the LED strip. The grey finish matches the anodised grey of the aluminium extrusion, maintaining a consistent appearance across the profile run.

The polycarbonate construction provides impact resistance and temperature stability, meaning the end caps do not warp or discolour under the heat output from typical LED strip installations. Each end cap is push-fit into the profile channel with no tools required, and the included fixing clips provide additional retention where the profile is mounted vertically or overhead.

The 1MSURCAP fits Knightsbridge 1MSUR and 2MSUR aluminium surface-mount LED profiles. They are not compatible with recessed or corner-mount profile models.

How many end caps are in the pack?

Each pack contains two end caps and two fixing clips, enough to finish both ends of a single profile run.

Are tools required to fit the end caps?

No. The end caps push-fit into the open ends of the aluminium profile channel. The fixing clips are included for additional retention on vertical or overhead installations but are not always required on horizontal runs.
