Description

These polycarbonate end caps seal the open ends of Knightsbridge aluminium floor recessed LED profiles, specifically the 1MFLR (1 metre) and 2MFLR (2 metre) models. Each pack contains two end caps and two fixing clips, sufficient to cap both ends of a single profile run or to seal one end of two separate runs.

Designed for floor-mounted LED strip installations where the profile sits flush with the finished floor surface, the end caps prevent dust, dirt and moisture from entering the open channel while keeping the LED strip terminals and connections concealed. The fixing clips snap into the profile channel and hold each cap securely in place without adhesive or separate fixings.

The grey polycarbonate finish matches the typical anodised grey tone of Knightsbridge's aluminium profiles, providing a low-contrast finish that blends with the profile extrusion rather than standing out as a separate component. These end caps fit the Knightsbridge 1MFLR (1 metre) and 2MFLR (2 metre) aluminium floor recessed LED profiles. They are not compatible with surface-mounted or wall-mounted profile types.

How many end caps are included?

Each pack contains 2 end caps and 2 fixing clips. This is enough to seal both ends of one profile run, or one end of two separate profiles.

Do the caps need to be glued in place?

No. The included fixing clips snap into the profile channel and hold each cap securely without adhesive. The caps can be removed later if the profile needs to be extended or serviced.

Are the caps suitable for wet areas?

The polycarbonate construction provides basic moisture resistance for dry and occasionally damp environments. They are not rated for permanent submersion or outdoor installations where standing water may be present.
