Description

These grey polycarbonate end caps close off the open ends of Knightsbridge 1MCOR and 2MCOR aluminium corner LED profiles, preventing dust ingress and giving a finished appearance to profile runs. Each pack contains two end caps and two fixing clips, enough to terminate one length of corner profile or cap both ends of a mitred internal corner.

Designed for installations where LED strip is recessed into aluminium corner extrusions at wall-ceiling junctions, behind kickboards or along worktop edges, the end caps sit flush with the profile face and hold in place with the supplied clips. The grey finish matches the natural anodised tone of unpainted aluminium extrusions and blends into most interior corners without standing out.

The polycarbonate material resists impact and temperature changes better than rigid plastic alternatives, which can crack if tightened too firmly or exposed to heat from high-output LED strips. Each cap measures to fit the specific internal diameter of the 1MCOR and 2MCOR corner profiles — they are not compatible with flat or recessed profiles in the Knightsbridge range.

These end caps fit Knightsbridge 1MCOR and 2MCOR aluminium corner profiles only. They do not fit flat, recessed or other profile types in the Knightsbridge LED profile range.

How many end caps are in a pack?

Each pack contains two end caps and two fixing clips. This is enough to cap both ends of a single profile length, or to cap one end of two separate profile runs.

Do the clips require screws?

No. The fixing clips supplied push-fit into the internal channel of the profile and hold the end cap in place without additional fixings. This allows the cap to be removed if the LED strip needs replacing later.

Can these be painted?

Polycarbonate can be painted with specialist plastic primer and paint, but the grey finish is designed to match unpainted aluminium extrusions and typically does not require painting in most installations.
