Description

The LED Fire Rated Downlight is an adjustable recessed light with a die-cast body and a built-in citizen LED source. The head tilts, so you can angle the light where you want it, whether that is over a worktop, a piece of art or a walkway. It takes an interchangeable aluminium bezel, available in a choice of five finishes that are ordered separately, so you can match the trim to your ceiling and the rest of your scheme.

Each downlight measures 90mm in diameter and holds one integrated LED, rated at a maximum of 9W with a fitting draw of 8.5W. It gives around 623 lumens at a warm 2700K colour temperature, a soft tone that suits living spaces. The LED is supplied with the fitting, so there is nothing extra to buy for it to work. A trailing edge dimmable driver is included, letting you set the level to suit the room. It is rated IP20 for interior use and is Class 1. It carries a BS476 fire rating, and it weighs 1kg.

This downlight works well through kitchens, hallways, living rooms and bedrooms, and its adjustable head makes it a sensible choice where you need directed light rather than a flat wash.
