The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang SP switched socket adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port behind a polished chrome screwless faceplate with black insert and matching black rocker switches. The single-pole switching breaks the live conductor when the socket is switched off, reducing standby power draw for appliances left plugged in overnight or during extended periods away.

Designed for home offices, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas where device charging and standard appliance power are needed in the same location, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depth depending on cable routing. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box, concealing all screws and fixings once installed and creating a smooth wall finish that sits just 4.3mm proud of the mounting surface.

The polished chrome finish provides a high-gloss metallic surface that reflects light and pairs well with contemporary, modern and minimalist interiors. The black insert behind the chrome faceplate hides the back of the cover plate and defines the edges of each outlet aperture and switch rocker.
