The Knightsbridge 13A 1-gang DP switched socket uses a flat plate design that projects just 2.5mm from the wall, significantly lower than traditional screw-fixed faceplates. The brushed chrome finish covers the plate surface with a directional grain that reduces glare under artificial light, and the grey insert behind the outlet aperture provides visual contrast without drawing focus when the socket is in use.
