The Knightsbridge 13A 1-gang DP switched socket presents a brushed chrome flat plate with a black insert and matching rocker switch. The flat plate construction sits just 2.5mm proud of the wall surface, making it one of the lowest-profile socket designs available and suitable for installations where projection needs to be minimised.

Designed for residential and commercial use, the socket fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth and uses double-pole switching to isolate both live and neutral lines when switched off. This provides additional safety over single-pole switching for appliances that draw higher loads or remain plugged in when not in use. The built-in gasket between the plate and the wall ensures a flush fit and prevents the plate tilting or rocking once installed.

The brushed chrome finish is applied to premium-grade steel, giving a mid-sheen metallic surface that softens reflections compared to polished chrome while remaining resistant to fingerprints and everyday marks.
