Description
The Knightsbridge LFCON4FX is a strip-to-strip connector designed for joining 10mm RGB or CCT LED flex strips without soldering. The connector uses a snap-fit polycarbonate housing with a 150mm cable bridge between two terminal blocks, each accepting one LED strip end. Once clicked in place, the connector maintains electrical continuity for power and data signals, enabling RGB colour sequences or CCT tunable-white transitions to run uninterrupted across multiple strip sections.
Designed for architectural lighting installations, under-cabinet runs, cove lighting and display lighting where multiple LED strip reels need to be joined mid-run, the connector handles both 12V and 24V DC supplies. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor locations only — it is not rated for bathrooms, outdoor use or contact with moisture. The black polycarbonate shell measures 14mm wide and 7mm in profile, allowing it to sit flush against most ceiling or cabinet recesses without visible projection.
The snap-fit terminal blocks grip the copper pads on the end of each LED strip section, eliminating the need for screw terminals or soldered joints. This means a strip-to-strip joint can be assembled on-site in under 60 seconds once the strip ends are cut and prepared. The 150mm cable length provides enough slack to route the connector behind a trim piece or inside a channel without tension on the strip ends.

Frequently Asked
What LED strips is this compatible with?
The connector is designed for 10mm wide RGB or CCT LED flex strips operating on 12V or 24V DC. It fits Knightsbridge's LFC24xx series and other 10mm strips with matching copper pad layouts. Confirm pad alignment before ordering if using third-party strips.
Can it be used outdoors or in bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating means the connector is only suitable for dry indoor locations. It is not rated for contact with moisture, steam or outdoor weather exposure.
Does it require soldering?
No. The connector uses a snap-fit terminal block design that grips the copper pads on each LED strip end without soldering, screw terminals or additional tools.
What is the cable length between the two connectors?
The cable bridge measures 150mm between the two terminal blocks, providing enough slack to route the connector behind trim or inside an aluminium channel without tension on the strip ends.
