The Knightsbridge 1-gang modular faceplate accepts a single 25x50mm euro module insert, allowing custom configurations for TV coaxial, Cat5e/Cat6 data, HDMI, USB or telephone sockets behind a matt black screwless cover plate. The faceplate itself is a blank frame — the functional socket insert is purchased separately and clips into the aperture, giving flexibility to build bespoke wall outlet configurations without replacing the entire faceplate when changing connection types.

Designed for living rooms, home offices and AV installations where standard gang plates do not offer the required connection type, the modular system lets installers specify exactly which sockets are needed. The 87.5mm square plate fits a standard 1-gang UK back box and uses a screwless cover that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings once installed. The 4.3mm projection from the wall is minimal compared to traditional screw-fixed plates.

The matt black finish is a low-sheen powder-coated steel that resists fingerprints better than gloss black and pairs with industrial, monochrome and contemporary interiors. The built-in gasket between the cover plate and sub-frame prevents dust ingress and gives a flush finish against the wall. The IP20 rating suits internal dry locations only — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
