The Knightsbridge 1-gang dimmer plate provides a polished chrome faceplate and matching metal dimmer cap for a single dimmer module (sold separately). The flat plate design sits just 2.5mm proud of the wall surface, with a built-in gasket sealing the edge between the plate and the wall finish.

This unpopulated plate accepts both centre-mounted and offset dimmer modules, allowing you to configure it with a trailing-edge, leading-edge or rotary dimmer insert depending on the bulb type and dimming requirement. The matching polished chrome dimmer cap coordinates with the faceplate, giving a consistent finish across both the plate and the control knob.

Designed for residential and commercial installation in living rooms, bedrooms, offices and hospitality spaces, the polished chrome finish provides a reflective metallic surface that pairs with modern, industrial and contemporary interiors. The premium-grade steel construction gives the plate rigidity and resistance to daily wear, and the 25-year warranty backs the manufacturing quality. No. This is an unpopulated faceplate only. The dimmer module (centre or offset configuration) is sold separately and clips into the plate once wired to the back box.

The plate accepts both centre-mounted and offset Knightsbridge dimmer modules, including trailing-edge, leading-edge and rotary types. Choose the module based on your bulb type and dimming requirement.

What is the projection from the wall?

The flat plate sits 2.5mm proud of the wall surface. This minimal projection gives a low-profile finish suitable for modern interiors where a flush or near-flush plate is preferred.
