Description

This Knightsbridge 1-gang dimmer plate is an unpopulated screwless faceplate in matt white steel, supplied with a matching metal dimmer cap. The plate measures 87.5mm square with a 4.3mm projection from the wall once fitted, and accepts either centre-positioned or offset dimmer modules (modules sold separately). The screwless design uses a clip-on cover plate that conceals the fixing screws on the sub-frame beneath.

Designed for residential and hospitality installations where adjustable lighting control is needed, the plate suits bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and hallways. The unpopulated format allows the installer to position the dimmer module where required — either centred in the plate for a single dimmer, or offset to one side for a two-gang configuration where one side carries a standard switch. The matching metal dimmer cap provides a cohesive finish when paired with Knightsbridge dimmer modules from the same range.

The matt white finish is a low-sheen powder-coated steel that resists fingerprints and minor scuffs better than gloss white, while still providing a neutral backdrop that pairs with most wall colours.
