Description

The Knightsbridge 1-gang 2-way leading edge dimmer handles incandescent lamps from 40-400W or LED lamps from 3-100W behind a white square edge plate with anti-microbial properties. The rotary dial controls brightness across the full range, with a push-on/push-off function built into the centre of the dial for switching without adjusting the dimmer level.

Designed for residential and commercial installations where lighting levels need to be adjusted from a single location or in two-way switching configurations with a standard switch at the second location, the dimmer fits a standard 35mm minimum back box depth. The leading edge dimming protocol is compatible with most incandescent, halogen and dimmable LED lamps, though compatibility should be verified with the lamp manufacturer before installation to avoid flicker or low-end dropout.

The 9mm square edge plate is made from thermoset resin with an anti-microbial coating tested to ISO 22196:2011, which reduces bacterial growth on the surface between cleanings.
