Our crisp white finish gives this table lamp a clean, bright presence that settles easily into almost any room. White reflects the light around it, so the stand feels open and airy rather than heavy, and it sits comfortably against pale walls, warm woods or darker furniture where we want a little contrast. We chose this shade because it works just as well in a modern setting as it does in a softer, more relaxed one, letting you keep the focus on the glow rather than the fitting itself.

Standing 36cm tall with a 19cm diameter, this is a compact lamp that we find suits a bedside table, a shelf or a small desk where floor space is limited. The tall three-legged wire stand is made from aluminium, which keeps the whole piece light at just 0.4kg while holding it steady on its splayed feet. It takes an E27 bulb rated up to a maximum of 15W LED, which is not included, and it comes ready with an E27 fitting so you can pair it with the bulb of your choice. Assembly takes around five minutes, so there is very little between unboxing and switching on. It carries CE, UKCA, IP2X and UL markings, giving us confidence in how it has been tested.

To keep the white looking fresh, we suggest wiping the frame now and then with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding harsh cleaners that might dull the finish over time.
