Description

The Sparrowmere table lamp in silver leaf frames a deep teal fabric shade between two metal hoops, so the shade appears to hover clear of the base. It is 660mm tall and 380mm across, tall enough to read as a proper table light on a console or sideboard rather than a small bedside piece, and the 4.1kg weight means it stays put once positioned. With the drum open top and bottom, light drops onto the surface below and lifts through the frame towards the ceiling. One E27 lamp rated up to 10W in LED sits inside, and the IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms.

Silver leaf is the cooler of the two finishes we stock in this range, and it is the easier match if a room already leans towards chrome, nickel, brushed steel or pale grey. Put it on a hallway console where the height gives you a welcome light, or use a pair on a long sideboard in a dining room. It also works well in a home office, where the upward spill softens the contrast of a screen.
