Description
The QTX QUEST-10A is an active PA cabinet with an inbuilt amplifier housed in a moulded polypropylene enclosure. It combines a class-AB amplifier with a built-in media player, so you can run a full PA setup from a single unit. Rear wheels and a 35mm pole mount socket make it easy to move and set up, whether you're mounting it on a speaker stand or wheeling it between rooms.
Connection options cover most sources you're likely to bring. There are separate inputs for microphone and line level, each with its own volume setting, and you can connect via jack, XLR, RCA (phono) or minijack. The inbuilt audio player has independent volume control and accepts USB or SD media holding mp3 tracks, or works as an FM tuner or Bluetooth receiver. Treble and bass tone controls let you shape the sound, and an XLR line output passes the signal on where needed.
The internal amplifier also drives an output for a passive speaker, so you can pair the QUEST-10A with a second cabinet for a two-speaker PA system without extra hardware. Rated at 600W peak and powered from a standard 230Vac IEC mains supply, it suits DJs, stage performers and presentations. The polypropylene cabinet is built to take regular handling and transport, and the range of inputs means it fits into most live and spoken-word setups with little fuss.
