Description

The QTX QR12 is a passive PA speaker built around a 12in driver and a titanium compression driver, housed in a lightweight moulded ABS enclosure. It's part of the QR Series, designed for general-purpose sound reinforcement where you need reliable output without a heavy cabinet to move around. The shockproof moulded shell keeps the weight down while standing up to the knocks of regular use.

Connection is handled through SPK (Speakon) connectors, and a rigid steel grille protects the drivers from day-to-day handling. There's an easy-carry handle for getting the speaker in and out of a venue, plus a 35mm integral top-hat for pole mounting on a stand or subwoofer. Multiple M8 and M6 fixing points let you rig the speaker in different positions, so you can array cabinets in various combinations to match the room.

Rated at 8 ohms, the QR12 works well across a range of settings, from small halls and function rooms through to larger nightclubs.
