Description

This is the 10m DMX extension lead for the QTX HIPAR-100 waterproof PAR can. It gives you extra reach between fixtures so you can space your lighting out to suit the venue or stage, rather than being tied to the length of the standard cable. If you need to run lights along a longer wall, across a marquee or around an outdoor set, this lead helps you get there.

The lead is built to an IP65 rating, so it stands up to dust and water jets and is suited to outdoor and damp installations alongside the HIPAR-100 range. It carries the DMX signal (sometimes written as DMX512) between fixtures, keeping your control chain intact over the added distance. QTX also offer power versions of these leads, plus a shorter 3m option, so you can mix and match the runs you need across a rig.

We supply this as the 10m DMX version. If you are pairing several HIPAR-100 cans together, having the right lead lengths on hand makes setup quicker and keeps cable slack tidy. Match this with a power extension lead where you also need to move the mains connection further from the source, and you have a neat, weather-ready way to build out your lighting layout.
