Description

This is a replacement bodypack transmitter for QTX VHF wireless systems, operating on 174.8MHz. If you have added microphones to an existing setup or need a spare unit, this gives you a straightforward like-for-like part rather than replacing the whole system. It clips to a belt or waistband and connects to a lapel or headset microphone, keeping the performer or presenter free to move.

The unit runs on a single 9V PP3 battery, which is supplied in the box. It measures 205 x 68 x 25mm excluding the antenna (also called an aerial) and weighs 76g without the battery fitted, so it sits comfortably on clothing without pulling. The plastic housing keeps things light while holding up to regular handling during rehearsals, presentations and live events.

Five frequency options are available across the range, so you can pick the one that matches your receiver or add units on separate channels for multi-microphone use.
