Description

This multi-colour RGB COB LED tape from LYYT gives you a continuous line of light with no visible dots. COB stands for chip on board, and this strip packs 840 LEDs into every metre, so the light reads as one smooth run rather than a series of separate points. It arrives on a 50m reel and can be cut to length along the marked cutting intervals, which sit at 50mm spacing.

The tape runs on 24V DC and draws 14W per metre, keeping power consumption low. It has a self-adhesive backing, so you can peel and stick it into place without extra fixings in most situations. The strip is flexible and lightweight at 1kg for the full reel, with a slim cross-section of 10 x 2.2mm that fits into channels and tight recesses. We do not recommend installing single lengths of more than 10m, so plan your runs around that.

With a 160 degree beam angle, a colour rendering index of Ra>80 and an output of 100lm/m, this tape suits hospitality, retail, offices, displays and exhibition work. The IP20 rating means it is for indoor use only, so keep it away from damp or outdoor spots. Current draw is 583mA per metre, and the LED spacing of 0.97mm is what gives you that even, dot-free look across the whole length.
