Description

This is a wide, oval moon vase cast from aluminium and finished in a deep brown stonewash. Measuring 37cm wide, 16cm deep and 34cm high, it has a bold rounded silhouette that narrows to pinched points at each side, with a generous open centre topping the form. The matt raw stone wash finish is hammered by hand, giving the surface a textured, stone-like quality with subtle tonal shifts across the brown colour. It weighs 1.3kg, so it feels solid without being difficult to move or reposition.

We think it suits living rooms, hallway consoles and mantelpieces where you want a grounded, sculptural piece rather than a tall traditional vase. Standing on its own the shape reads as an object in its own right, while filling it with tall dried grasses, seed heads or branches adds height and a natural feel.
