Description
The Finsbury Park is a single-arm wall light built around a polished nickel backplate and arm, with a cut-glass sconce holding one E14 candle bulb (sold separately). A hand-cut crystal droplet hangs below the sconce, and a faceted crystal bobeche sits at the base of the bulb holder. The polished nickel finish is achieved on solid cast brass, giving the fitting weight and durability.
Designed for hallways, living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms where wall-mounted accent lighting is needed, the Finsbury Park suits both traditional and transitional interiors. The single bulb provides localised ambient light rather than task illumination, making it suitable for corridors, alcoves, chimney breasts and either side of a mirror or artwork. The fitting projects approximately 180mm from the wall and sits 280mm high, fitting comfortably on standard 2.4m ceiling-height walls without overwhelming narrow passages.
The cast brass construction is hand-finished, so there are minor variations in the polished surface between individual fittings. The cut-glass elements catch and refract light when the bulb is lit, creating small highlights across the wall and ceiling. Elstead Lighting produces the Finsbury Park as part of a coordinated range that includes ceiling pendants and multi-arm wall lights in matching finishes, allowing rooms to be fitted with consistent detailing across multiple light sources.
Optional fabric shades can be added to the sconce to soften the light output and modify the visual style — contact Niori for shade availability and compatibility.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Finsbury Park take?
The fitting takes a single E14 candle bulb up to 60W, sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED candle bulb between 4-6W and 2700K for a soft traditional glow. The fitting is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer.
Can shades be added?
Yes. Optional fabric shades can be fitted to the glass sconce to soften the light output and change the visual style. Contact Niori for shade compatibility and availability for this specific model.
Is the Finsbury Park suitable for bathrooms?
No. The fitting carries an IP20 rating, which means it is designed for dry indoor locations only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor use.
Are matching fittings available?
Yes. Elstead Lighting produces the Finsbury Park as part of a coordinated range that includes multi-arm wall lights, ceiling pendants and chandeliers in matching polished nickel and other finishes. Use the search function to find other Finsbury Park products in stock at Niori.
