Description

The Droplet is a slim teardrop-shaped pendant light with a rose gold mirrored glass shade and an integrated 5W 3000K LED at the base. The shade tapers from a narrow neck into a flared bell, finishing in a clear glass tip that reveals the LED module. At 21cm tall and 8.5cm in diameter, it casts a focused downlight rather than ambient glow, with the metallic glass reflecting warm tones onto surrounding surfaces.

The compact diameter makes the Droplet well suited to clustering above kitchen islands, dining tables, stairwells and bedside positions where multiple small pendants work better than a single large fitting. The cable adjusts up to 3.5m, giving flexibility for double-height ceilings, mezzanines and stairwell drops. For grouped installations, the Droplet pairs with Niori's universal cluster canopies in 3, 5, 7, 14, 24 and 36-light round formats, plus 7, 14 and 28-light rectangular formats.

The rose gold finish is achieved through metallised glass rather than painted metal, giving the shade depth and a slight tonal shift between the highlights and the shadowed interior. The integrated LED removes the need to source a separate bulb and keeps the visible profile of the fitting clean — there's no exposed lamp, just the tapered glass and a soft point of warm light at the tip. Custom drop lengths can be requested for installations where the standard 3.5m cable is not sufficient.

Yes. The Droplet is designed to work with Niori's universal cluster canopies in round formats from 3 to 36 lights and rectangular formats from 7 to 28 lights. Each canopy is purchased separately and allows multiple Droplet pendants to share one ceiling outlet.

How long is the cable, and can it be shortened?

The cable adjusts up to 3.5m and can be shortened on installation to suit standard ceiling heights. For drops longer than 3.5m, custom cable lengths can be requested before despatch.

What ceiling height suits the Droplet?

With a 3.5m maximum drop, the Droplet suits standard 2.4m ceilings as well as double-height rooms, mezzanines and stairwells. Above a kitchen island or dining table the pendant typically sits 700-800mm above the surface.
