Description

The Citronic SPK-J1200 is a 12 metre speaker lead built for regular use on stage and in fixed installs. It runs a 6.3mm mono jack plug at one end and a latching SPK plug (often called a Speakon-style plug) at the other, so you can connect an amplifier to a passive speaker with a secure, locking fit that won't pull free mid-set.

Inside the cable you get two 50-strand conductors made from pure copper, each strand measuring 0.17mm across, which keeps resistance low over the full length. The conductors sit within a cotton-reinforced core for added strength, and the whole run is wrapped in a soft-grip rubberised jacket that measures 7.0mm in diameter. That outer sheath is designed to resist tangling and stay flexible, so the lead coils away neatly and lies flat when in use.

Connections are machine-assembled for consistency, which helps the lead hold up to repeated plugging, coiling and transport. At 12 metres it gives you room to place speakers away from the mixing position or amp rack without stretching the cable.
