Description
The Citronic QP2320 is a quad power amplifier built for multi-speaker installations where you need independent control over several zones. It gives you four fully independent channels, each with its own gain control, so you can set levels separately for different rooms or areas from one rack unit. It delivers 4 x 580W and stays stable down to 2 Ohms, which gives you room to run demanding speaker loads without the amplifier struggling.
The signal path is fully balanced throughout, with four XLRF balanced line inputs and four XLRM parallel outputs. Those parallel outputs let you daisy-chain the signal on to further amplifiers, so you can expand a system without splitting or reprocessing the audio. On the speaker side you get four SPK connectors, and the Class-AB construction keeps the sound clean across the 5Hz to 50kHz frequency response, with THD at 0.05% and a signal-to-noise ratio of 103dB.
Protection covers short-circuit, DC, overload and soft-start, which helps keep both the amplifier and connected speakers safe during everyday use. The 2U rack-mountable chassis measures 483 x 439 x 88mm and runs from a 230Vac 50Hz IEC supply. Input sensitivity sits at 0dB at 0.775Vrms with a 20k Ohm input impedance, and the slew rate is 40V/usec. It is a straightforward, cost-effective choice for fixed installs and larger sound systems that need several channels driven from a single box.

Frequently Asked
How much power does the QP2320 deliver?
It provides four channels at 580W each, so 4 x 580W in total. Each channel is fully independent with its own gain control.
What speaker loads can it handle?
The amplifier is stable down to 2 Ohms, which gives you scope to run multiple speakers or lower impedance loads per channel.
Can I connect it to further amplifiers?
Yes. The XLRM parallel outputs pass the input signal through, so you can daisy-chain the audio on to additional amplifiers without extra splitting equipment.
How much rack space does it need?
The QP2320 is a 2U rack-mountable unit measuring 483 x 439 x 88mm, so it takes two rack units of vertical space.
What inputs and outputs does it use?
Each channel has an XLRF balanced line input, an XLRM parallel output and an SPK speaker connector, giving you four of each across the amplifier.
What protection does it include?
It covers short-circuit, DC, overload and soft-start protection to help safeguard the amplifier and your connected speakers.
